Orders must be placed before 2pm for same day delivery for local and UK addresses. Our 'Inspirations' range is only available to the postcodes and areas listed within that section of our website. All orders are subject to a £6.95 delivery charge for same day & £4.95 delivery charge for next day deliveries.

Please note that the seasonal availability of certain flowers may vary from those shown in the picture. Our team of florists will endeavour to substitute flowers as close to the content as possible therefore maintaining the overall look and value.

What happens if no-one's home?

We do our level best to deliver to the intended recipient, but in cases where no one is home we try to leave the delivery with a neighbour and put a calling card through the recipient's door telling them from whom to collect. In some instances, and only if the driver deems it safe to do so, deliveries can be left on the property in a safe place, i.e. behind storm doors. We will never leave flowers outside where they are at the mercy of the elements or thieving opportunists. If there is no safe place or person with whom to leave a delivery, we will try again later.
